The webpro plan includes Website Analytics Setup (typically Google Analytics). We'll configure it to track key metrics like visitor traffic, traffic sources, bounce rate, time spent on site, page views, and goal completions (e.g., contact form submissions, clicks on phone numbers).

Yes, in most cases. We can typically integrate contact forms with popular CRMs and embed scheduling tools (like Calendly) directly into your website for seamless appointment booking. Discuss your specific tools during the discovery process.

We aim to make it efficient for you. Your main time investment will be during the initial discovery phase (providing information about your practice, brand, and goals) and later for providing feedback and approvals on design mockups, website copy, and the final site before launch.

The webpro plan doesn’t include financial advisor website archiving, but we will work with your archiving provider so you can remain in compliance with regulations.

We build our websites on a closed-system website builder with two-factor authentication login protocol. Your website will be launched with SSL security so visitors and search engines know your website is safe to browse.

It's simple – just reach out to your dedicated Success Advisor. Minor updates (like changing text, swapping images, updating staff bios) are typically covered under the optional monthly support fee. Larger projects would be discussed and quoted separately.

Website hosting is included in the optional ongoing portion of the webpro plan. We handle the costs and management of your website hosting needs.

We treat website redesigns like we treat new websites, but redesigns have the advantage of us knowing what assets, processes, content, etc. on your website work and don’t work.

Before we design anything, we do a deep discovery in which we identify things like messaging, style, fonts, colors, branding, etc. Then, we allow for two rounds of revisions per page during the design phase. Additional rounds of revisions may incur additional fees.

You do. Upon final payment of the website setup fees, you own the rights to the custom website design, all the final content created for your website, and the final website files. We provide you with everything needed.

We retain the all rights and ownership of non-final content that we produce (i.e. prototypes, drafts, etc. that are not used in your final product).
